Vision Engineer

The role

You will own the perception stack that finds people and vehicles from the air, at night, in smoke and over water. Your models ship to defense programs and to every operator on Ubermach Flights.

What you will do

• Train and evaluate detection and tracking models on aerial imagery.
• Push accuracy on small, distant and partly hidden objects.
• Ship models to production and measure them in real flights.
• Work with pilots and partners to turn field feedback into data.

What we look for

• 5+ years building computer vision systems that reached production.
• Deep experience with PyTorch and modern detection architectures.
• Comfort with messy, real-world data and careful evaluation.
• Bonus: aerial or thermal imagery, edge deployment, defense experience.
